There really isn’t an amusement park in California quite like Universal Studios. Not only did I enjoy the park in general, the tour of the back lot of the film studios is truly amazing. If you enjoy getting a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the wonder that is Hollywood film making then this tour is t..ruly for you and your family. Make certain that you save time to see some of the free shows like Water World. There’s also a pretty neat special effects show you’ll enjoy. And if you’re lucky you might just get chosen to join the performers on stage and be a part of the show. I’d suggest that you arrive at the park as soon as you can, preferably in the morning. The park seems to fill up pretty fast and the lines for the more popular rides can get pretty long. The further up into the park you go the better the rides seem to be so grab a map on your way in and just hit all the newer rides first.
Knott’s Berry Farm brings back such great memories for me! I can recall the excitement I felt while standing in line waiting to ride the Montezuma’s Revenge rollercoaster. And even today I enjoy visiting this place. There are so many thrill rides at the park and even though I don’t like roller..coaster as much as I once did, I still get a kick out of riding the Sidewinder and even the Boomerang. I always have a fun time going to Knott’s with my family and close friends. But what I really enjoy is the fact that the park is never bursting at the seams with anxious visitors. It’s never too crowded. And the wait times for rides is never ridiculous. Probably the best part about Knott’s is the Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner restaurant. It’s served as a popular destination for tourists and park-goers for generations. Make sure you take the time to drop by for an affordable meal. You’ll definitely be glad that you did!
I've visited Disneyland as often as I could over the years, and like the majority of the population of Southern California I've enjoyed every minute of it. My family and friends could always carpool so that we could avoid having to look for and find one another inside the park. In my opinion this is.. by far the best way to visit the park. And while the entry fee to Disneyland has risen a lot over the last few years I believe that the experience here is worth the price of admission. The various sections of the park are all fun and exciting and this is why it’s so crowded nowadays. Years ago it would be pretty empty during the week but now Wednesdays could be just as busy as a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The wait time for rides isn’t to long but there are free phone apps you can use that give you wait times so you can make informed decisions before even beginning your journey to ride an attractive on the other side of the park.
