This is a fun, creative water-infused show. If you've seen Fantasmic! at other parks before, then you gotta see this one! It takes place in the main water front area, and it is just spectacular. Water projections, surprises, a fire-breathing dragon- it's the best way to end your day at Disney Sea!
I know you cannot give 6 star reviews here, but if you could make a special case, then this would be it! This ride is AMAZING. You become a toy while you wait in line, and when you finally get in the car, you get to play a bunch of 3D parlor games. A bunch as in about what feels like 15! It's a real..ly fun ride with fun and familiar characters. This was TOTALLY worth the wait!!!
My daughter always asks to go on this ride whenever we go to Disney Sea. She loves it because you never know which track your cart will go on. For this ride you go on the water via a magnetized rail track. It would be more fun if they cleaned the tracks and bottom of the pool so you couldn't see whe..re you'll be going. But then again, it goes here and there so erratically that it's hard to follow anyway!
This boat is the perfect way to get around the park via the waterway that runs thru it. It's scenic and has hidden props that make it even more fun if you can catch them. Best of all it's refreshing on those hot summer days!
The 360 degree loop is too heavily pushed on the riders while waiting for this ride that it took the surprise and fun out of it. The best part of it though was going thru the loop de loop and exiting out of the ride into mist. That was fun because you couldn't see where you were going.
This is an intense ride and a great replica of the ride from other Disneyland parks. It's a bumpy jumpy ride that is full of scary loud music, fire, and intense escapes! Not for the faint of heart AT ALL!
This was the WORST ride I've ever been on. The story was weird, the characters looked and moved strangely, and worst of all, the music was SO ANNOYING. DO NOT ride this ride. Just trust me!
This is a fun and beautifully illustrated ride. It's also really fun because you can ride this carousel on different floors, giving you a different view and illustrations for each level. Fun and relaxing for both kids and adults :D
This would be a fun ride for toddlers and their parents, but our daughter was too old to really enjoy this. It was fun to be up so high so you can see the whole lagoon area, but not really worth the wait.
This is a simple little merry-go-round type of right, but it has a twist! During the ride one of the cars will switch and rotate while it's spinning so that you are facing another car. If you can keep your eye on which cars face each other and jump in those ones then it's fun. If you don't pay atten..tion, it could be kind of awkward facing a stranger.
Maybe if you are a little boy, or a guy into sci-fi, then this ride would be for you. For us it was just too dark and weird. You go on a little submarine and go "underwater," at least it looks like you are, and see some weird see creatures and aliens. It's kind of weird. In a bad way. But at least i..t's air conditioned.
Even if your kids don't know who Chip and Dale are, this treehouse is the best place for them. There's plenty of little nooks and crannies to explore, buttons to press, bridges to go over, and lots and lots of fun things to do. It's also a great experience for them because it gives them a chance to ..run around and play while your feet take a break from standing in lines all day!
We have been to Tokyo Disneyland many times, but always pass by the grand circuit race way because we felt like it wouldn't be that fun or interesting for our daughter. Now that she's gotten older and has an interest in cars and driving, we decided to give it a try. It was great! We had such a fun t..ime racing her and driving alongside her. It was also fun for her to get a chance behind the wheel.
This ride is a must for fans of Mary Blair. My wife happens to be a Mary Blair nut, and loves everything drawn, illustrated, or designed by her. So naturally every time we come to Tokyo Disneyland we have to go on this ride. Because of the dark atmosphere it becomes a bit of a romantic ride for the ..two of us when we ride together! It's also a nice cool ride on those hot summer days.
Toontown in general is a great stop if you have children or little ones with you. This rollercoaster is a fun one for little ones, and it has dips and curves that are just scary enough that they're fun and not completely frightening. The line can be a bit long at times, but it's worth it!
I have always loved Space Mountain since I was a kid. The best thing about this ride is that it all takes place in the dark, inside a huge dome where you can barely make out the track in front of you. I love hearing the screams of other rollercoaster cars zooming by you, not knowing which way they c..ame from or where they're going. This ride is NOT recommended for little kids under 12 in my opinion. It's fun and SCARY, but just the right amount :D
This ride was so much fun. The day we rode it we had a 2 hour wait, but it was worth it. Not just for the ride experience, which was super fun, but for the immersive experience into the world of Monsters Inc. I personally love the artwork and monster characters from this movie, so the 2 hour wait we..nt by really fast.
This ride is great for guys who just want to shoot their guns! You are immersed into the world of Buzz Lightyear and his mission to fight the evil emperor Zurg with your very own astro blaster. Shoot as many targets as you can with your astro blaster to get the highest score possible. This ride was ..lots of fun and very interactive!
This ride in Fantasyland usually has short lines, so it's a quick one to get onto. If you're not able to do spinning rides, this is NOT for you. But I'm fine with it and always have a good laugh when I ride with my family. This is a fun, quick ride to get onto while someone else is saving your spot ..on a nearby ride.
The original Haunted Mansion was perfect the way it was, Disney. Why did you have to incorporate A Nightmare Before Christmas into a classic Disney ride?!?! Ugh. I hated the added Christmas theme on this ride and the characters from the movie. The ride was perfect and goofy/spoofy as it was before t..hey ruined it.
Okay, the Japanese are a bit obsessed with Stitch. He's cute and all, and has a funny voice. But they REALLY like Stitch. I think it's his eyes. Anyway, this variation on the Tiki Room, a personal favorite, turned into something really fun and enjoyable for the whole family. Great fun for little one..s and comes with water splashes. The only downside is that it's not the same old Tiki Room, so a bit of a disappointment for nostalgia's sake.
Pooh's Honey Hunt sounds like a terrible idea. It sounds kiddish at first, and I really was not excited to ride it with my family. Fortunately the day that we went to Tokyo Disneyland it was pouring, so there were practically no lines. On a sidenote, go to Disneyland on the rainy days so you don't ..have to wait in line! Anyway, there wasn't a line, and my daughter really likes Winnie the Pooh, so we decided to try it out. As soon as we got on the ride, it seemed like it was going to be like another Peter Pan story ride, but I was so wrong. It was actually super fun! There are a bunch of different honeypots that you sit in, and when the ride starts you leave with about four honeypots, so three other groups. And then when the ride begins everyone splits off during the ride and goes on different tracks at different points in the ride. It was really fun! The coolest part was the start of the dream! I think we rode it about three times : )
Japan knows how to do Disney right. Anyone who's been to Tokyo Disneyland will tell you the same, especially if they've been to another park in a different country. The first time I went it was a little bit strange because everything is obviously in Japanese, including the character voices. ..And other than that, the lines are ridiculously long and sometimes you'll have to wait up to four hours to ride one ride. But this park wins big. It's impeccably clean, well-kept, the staff is very kind, and it really has a magical field tonight.
Disney is one of those places that has a magical element to it when you're a kid. Unfortunately, for most of us that magic wears off when we become adults. The reason being that we can see the paint peeling, the screws, the fishing wire. It's fun and nostalgic, but it's not magical anymore. This is ..where Disney Sea steps it up big time. Not only does my child love this park, I do too! The rides are amazing, but it's the experience that really blew me away the first time. The detail and work put into each different land of the Park is just amazing. It feels like you really aren't that different land. I personally love the Lost River Delta area. It definitely feels like a jungle in the summer, the rides are really fun, and the food is amazing over there. All in all we love Disney Sea!
